Terms & Conditions Membership • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be automatically renewed. You will be contacted in the final month of your membership to discuss renewal. • The membership fee is refundable within 7 days if no discounts or benefits have been redeemed. After this time, the fee becomes non-refundable. Benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the named patient. Mandatory Consultation A mandatory medical consultation is required for all new patients and is charged at the standard clinic consultation rate. If, during this consultation, it is determined that the membership is unsuitable for safety or any other clinical reason, the membership fee will be fully refunded. The consultation fee itself is non-refundable. Age Requirements Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and over. Patients under 18 may only join if their skincare plan is authorised and actively overseen by a parent or legal guardian, with consent documented during the consultation process. In these cases, all treatment decisions, product recommendations, and communication relating to clinical care must involve the parent or guardian, who assumes responsibility for ongoing supervision and adherence to the plan. Discounts and Eligible Services The 5% discount applies to all skincare products purchased within the clinic or dispatched via post, and applies to all resurfacing, regenerative and body treatments offered by the clinic. The discount does not apply to prescription-only treatments, dermal fillers, or treatments or packages already discounted or included within a promotional offer. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional pricing unless explicitly stated. Birthday Month Treatment Membership includes one complimentary LED facial treatment, which must be redeemed during the member’s birthday month. It is the member’s responsibility to book the appointment in good time. If the appointment is missed or not attended without prior notice, the entitlement to this benefit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later date. Clinical Responsibility ResurFACE Aesthetics accepts clinical responsibility for treatments performed within the clinic, and for skincare products recommended and supplied by the clinic as part of your treatment plan. The clinic cannot take responsibility for any treatment outcomes or complications resulting from: • Procedures undertaken at other clinics or with other practitioners during your membership term • Skincare products that are not recommended or supplied by ResurFACE Aesthetics • Products sourced from third-party or unverified retailers (eg., discount websites) External treatments or off-plan products may result in termination of the membership. • Clinical Duty of Care: The clinic may pause, adjust, or refuse ongoing skincare recommendations if new medical information emerges or if the treatment plan becomes clinically unsuitable. • Product Suitability: Some products may require additional review or updated questionnaire to ensure ongoing safety. • Responsible Use: Members agree to follow product instructions and inform the clinic if adverse reactions occur. Ongoing Guidance and Communication Members receive ongoing skincare and treatment guidance to ensure their regimen remains evidence-based and tailored to their needs. Minor adjustments and straightforward queries can be addressed via messaging or email. More complex, persistent, or clinically significant concerns may require an in-clinic review, which may incur a discretionary review fee. Product Authenticity and Ordering All products are sourced directly from regulated suppliers, product authentic and traceability is guaranteed. Product delivery time-frames may vary depending on stock levels, timing of orders or courier factors. Samples may be included with orders but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. AI Skin Analysis Members are entitled to two AI Skin Analysis scans within the 12-month term. Missed appointments will incur a charge for the scan at the standard clinic rate. Patient Responsibilities Members must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information, including changes in health or medication. The clinic reserves the right to decline or amend product or treatment recommendations if clinically necessary. Patients are responsible for using all prescribed products as directed and informing the clinic of any adverse reactions. Fair Use and Ethical Standards Membership is intended for the named patient only. Excessive purchasing patterns inconsistent with individual use will lead to membership termination.The clinic reserves the right to end a membership if there are concerns relating to safety, misuse, or ethical practice. Additional Clauses • Communication Standards: Members agree to use clinic communication channels appropriately (email/secure messaging). Clinical questions will be answered within standard working hours. • Price Adjustments: Product and treatment prices may change in line with supplier prices and product formulation variations; members will always retain their discount for the duration of membership. • Termination Clause: The clinic reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund of fees if safety, ethical, or misuse concerns arise.

Product Safety & Clinical Responsibility ResurFACE Aesthetics does not accept clinical responsibility for any adverse reactions, complications, or concerns arising from: · Skincare products used outside of the prescribed or recommended treatment plan · Products purchased from third-party, unverified, or discount websites · Products obtained from suppliers not authorised or recognised by the clinic Members acknowledge that using off-plan or non-authentic products may compromise treatment outcomes, invalidate ongoing recommendations, and limit the clinic’s ability to provide safe clinical guidance. Ordering & Fulfilment · Skincare orders are processed through regulated medical-grade suppliers and shipped directly to the delivery address provided by the member. · Delivery times may vary depending on supplier timelines, stock levels, or external courier delays. · Free samples are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
